Riverfield Country Day School, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has become the 50th member school of the Opportunity Scholarship Fund. Riverfield is headed by Mr. Jerry Bates and a staff of dedicated faculty and staff that is focused on providing a quality education to their students and supporting the families of Riverfield in raising their children.
Riverfield Country Day School was founded in 1984 by a group of parents and teachers to provide an enhanced opportunity for educational growth and personal development for their children, with an emphasis on the whole child. The mission of Riverfield Country Day School is to provide an excellent education in a family-oriented atmosphere. Students are motivated and encouraged to learn, develop, and mature in a respectful, secure, and diverse environment.
The school’s philosophy is to provide a student-centered approach to education with an innovative program of authentic, experiential learning in which individuality is valued and the needs of the whole child are honored. This philosophy’s primary focus is to make success a habit. As self-confidence is built and a student’s potential is maximized, a positive self-concept is developed. Riverfield offers a complete curriculum from Preschool to 12th grade.
We are thrilled to welcome Riverfield Country Day School to the Opportunity Scholarship Fund. We look forward to helping their families have a choice by affording the quality education that they want for the children.
